We used to have only about 1 out of 10 employees show up for the first day of work , and only 1 out of 10 make it to lunch time , even though we would give them 4 chances . We had a woman arrive late on her first day and start telling every one about how she was late because a dog stole her lunch , I told her to stand in a location off to the side because she was standing in the middle of “traffic” she said she would , but did not , I told her 4 times , then I fired her .
