That was the first AND LAST time that I have ever bought tires from Costco. I normally use Les Schwab, and I have never had problems. I never have to make appointments to have the tires replaced like Costco does. They do air checks, flat repairs, tire rotations, and rebalancing for free. We all know that it is not free, but the cost is built into the price of the tire.
