The last students who hand in exams are the ones who still have half the test blank, but hoped they’d remember something last minute (and there’s no harm to that, I suppose) and those exceptional students who thoroughly read each question, write an answer, review an answer once done, and then re-review before turning it in. They aren’t necessarily better performers than those who don’t use every minute, but the attention to detail usually means their grades are just a bit higher.
