Homeschooling is not something that is to be ashamed of, as we are often made to feel and many assumptions are made once people know I was homeschooled. So, as a homeschooler, I often don’t volunteer the info when I meet someone, though I don’t lie if they ask. I like to let them form an opinion of me before I tell them. More often than not, they’re surprised.
