The student was snacking in a place where they are not allowed to eat. Generally, we only allow students to eat in certain areas of the school (like the cafeteria) because students are sloppy eaters and the other areas of the school aren’t cleaned as frequently as the designated eating areas. Crumbs under the radiators in the classroom leads to bugs in the classrooms. We also don’t allow students to eat during their outside recess, because they use the same recess area that the little kids use.
