Incidentally, this was before the computer age, and I used a ditto machine to make copies of the test for distribution. After running off the first test, I had to scrape the to-be-altered numbers from the back of the ditto master with an X-Acto knife and then write (or type) the new numbers onto the master with a new clean backing affixed. Ah, those were the days!
