One girl dropped a class because a group of students in that class would tease her so relentlessly, and the teacher couldn’t stop it. Every time that girl asked a question in class, they’d make whale or cow noises under their breath. The teacher could never tell where it was coming from, so she told the whole class to knock it off, which just drew more attention to it and made the girl even more self-conscious.
