I didn’t know it at the time, but it later became evident to me that Joe had training in Muay Thai (a martial art) because he was pulling Bob’s head down and using his knee to flatten Bob’s nose. Bob became enraged, yelling “I’m going to fucking kill you!” when the shop teacher, fearing for Joe’s life even though Joe seemed to have the situation handled, grabbed Bob’s arms and pinned them behind his back.
