One of the reasons I'm not focusing as much on Calc or Physics for the future is because I honestly don't know of any careers aside from a teacher or professor that uses those skills. The point is, you should do what you want to do. Don't let the intentions of colleges and your friends influence your decisions for classes you want to take. Focus on what you want to learn and get out of your education.
