That is another spot that the Costco personal should have known that something was not right. They gave us back the vehicle, stripped wheel lug and all. Since I did not completely trust Costco, I took my own torque wrench and checked the lugs after I got home. I found the cross-threaded lug nut immediately. We took the car back, and they sent us to a tire store to have the stud replaced. They could not do it themselves!
